Overview

ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations.  ZENETEX is seeking a Logistician III to support a NAVAIR Acquisition Program Office including tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation and improvement of weapon systems supportability and/or maintainability programs and information systems in Lakehurst/Toms River, NJ.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop logistics support and maintainability of logistics programs or plans
  • Provides support for systems acquisition requirements analysis
  • Provides support for Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) program test and evaluation planning and execution
  • Provides support for weapons systems hardware and software standardization and compatibility
  • Provides support for the collection, compilation, analysis, investigation, research and application of logistics, maintenance, acquisition or financial data and information
  • Develop, modify, prepare and validate required documents related to automated logistics or maintenance data reporting systems and management information systems
  • Ability to edit and author Justification and Approvals, Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, and Sole Source Documents 

Education and Experience Requirements

  •  BS or BA degree; Working towards Professional Logistics Certification

    • ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An additional two (2) years of experience working in direct support of Defense life-cycle logistics can be substituted for a BS or BA degree
  • 6 years:Hands on and progressive experience in defense life-cycle (acquisition) logistics
  • Experience within the most recent five (5) years
  • Support Equipment; desired

Security Clearance

  • This position will require U.S. citizenship and a DoD Secret security clearance.
