Overview

ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. We have an opportunity for a Program Analyst to support the V-22 program at NAS Patuxent River.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide analysis support and have knowledge of DoD systems acquisitions
  • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs
  • Tracks program cost, schedule and performance
  • Applies policies and procedures relative to financial planning
  • Familiar with SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD forms related to PPBE, Contract Data Requirements Lists, and DD Form 254s
  • Track program and project status and schedules 

Education and Experience Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or Technical Discipline 
    • Must have an minimum of eight (8) years of expereince in program management, technical or business anlaysis discipline; and include in the eight (8) years, there must be three (3) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapons systems and components development
  • Provide budget and financial management support to the the Survivability IPT
  • Coordinate execution of multiple fiscal years of Suvivability Navy, MArine, Air Force, and SOCOM requirements with MV-22 and CV-22 Lead BFMs
  • Conduct funding requirements during Project Initiation and PID development
  • Ensure funding requirements are accurate and linked between budget, spend plan, PMT and IMS
  • Input requirements into the Spend Plan Tool and update as needed.
  • Experience with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel software.
  • Develop labor and material requirements for each appropriation
  • Assist in the development of future years budgets
  • Track obligations and expenditures
  • Provide input for various financial drills on behalf of the Survivability IPT
  • Collect, analyze and update requirements in the NAVAIR Command Staffing tool the new WRAPS tool
  • Provide financial briefings for IPT Lead
  • Prepare WAAs as needed for Survivability IPT requirements
  • Attend weekly/monthly meetings i.e, PPCs, Financial Reviews, Contract Status, PID Reviews, SOW reviews
  • Experience working with the Navy ERP and PMT tool

Security Clearance

  • This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance.
