ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. We have an opportunity for a Senior Logistics Analyst to support the Naval Air Systems Commmand's Program Offfice Program Executive Office (PEO) Unmanned Aviation & Strike Weapons (U&W) precsion Strike Weapons (PMA 201) for Harpoon missiles.  Candidate will provide detailed analysis for a PMA 201 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • BS/BA from accredited college or university
  • Experience: Six years of relevant work experience supporting U.S. Government programs with two years of Foreign Military Sales (FMS); Relevant experience includes performing a wide range of analysis; development of worthwhile recommendations; and preparation of clear, succinct reports for management consideration.
  • Allowable Substitution: An additional two years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree or an additional four years of relevant experience and a High School Diploma/GED can be substituted for the education requirement.
  • Knowledge of the Logistics elements, principles, methods, and techniques involved in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) aviation logistics support
  • Proficient in MS Office 2010 and MS Project

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Responsible for formulation of the opinions, decisions, and the ultimate performance of the task specified in the statement of work contained in the task order
  • Requires experience and the ability to perform detailed and complex calculations plus knowledge of practices/principles necessary to assess advanced systems concepts, assess specifications, and perform system integration
  • Responsible for providing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) to Program Executive Office (PEO) Unmanned Aviation & Strike Weapons (U&W) precision Strike Weapons (PMA201) for Harpoon missiles in twenty-eight different countries
  • Candidate will represent the Assistant Program Manager for Logistics (APML) at logistics planning meetings, program management meetings, and engineering coordination meeting to identify logistics impacts of Harpoon missiles support
  • Demonstrate the ability to independently perform complex technical analysis and complete detailed projects by identifying logistics requirements, developing and resolving action items, resolving technology issues, evaluating program status by reviewing logistics issues that impact program execution, identifying logistics options, and developing workarounds
  • Coordinates with Boeing, the original equipment manufacturer, and other vendors in providing logistics support encompassing all ten logistics elements for the twenty-eight countries
  • Collects, validates technical content, prepares, and distributes all reports for the logistics supplement included in Program Management Review (PMR) packages including the Allowance Parts List (APL), Consolidated Spares Status Report (CSSR), Technical Manual Status Report (TMSR), Tailored Repairable Items List (TRIL), Inventory Report, and the Depot Repair Status Report (DSSR)
