Overview

ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. We have an immediate opportunity for a FMS Program Analyst to support program requirements, program schedules, and perform other related tasks in support of FMS pre-cases, case execution, reconciliation, and case closure activities.  Candidate must be detailed oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and must be a forward-thinking self-starter able to work well within a team environment. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Candidate reports directly to the country PM for tasking 
  • Analyzes needs and requirements to facilitate the development of scheduling, planning, and budgeting efforts
  • Key participant for developing, coordinating, and executing FMS case program management
  • Supports the program office at Program Management Reviews, Technical Interface Meetings, briefings, and with case management
  • Oversees the preparation of Procurement Initiation Documents. Assists in identifying personnel and support requirements to execute the acquisition strategy for FMS cases
  • Helps manage and monitor FMS Cases for changes that affect the acquisition plans and strategizes effective changes. Liaison with commodity IPTs, platforms, and other service users to ensure customer needs are addressed
  • Coordinates appropriate program segments with the assigned case manager and higher authorities
  • Interprets policies and procedures and provides advice and guidance to others as required

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Requires four (4) years of relevant work experience supporting U. S. Government programs
  • Associate’s Degree in a business, management or technical discipline
  • Knowledge of the H-1 and/or other rotary wing platform is required
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills is required (i.e. Naval Correspondance)
  • Extensive experience with MS Office applications
    • Word, PowerPoint, Project – strong skill set required
    • Excel – basic skills required
  • Strong user of Adobe Pro; experienced in the following:
    • Converting documents to and from Microsoft Word
    • Utilizing digital signatures
    • Performing word searches within Adobe documents
  • Basic experience with Microsoft SharePoint
    • Ability to load and pull documents
  • Knowledge of FMS  (Production and Sustainment cases) Pricing and Availability, Implementation, Execution and Closure is desired

Security Clearance

  • This position will require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. Active clearance highly desired.
