Overview

ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. We have an opportunity for a FACILITIES, INFRASTRUCTURE and SITE ACTIVATION Analyst.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and provide government site activation plans for new acquisition weapons system (CH-53K Heavy Lift Helicopter) and associated training, airborne weapons and support equipment. Analyze capabilities of Government Depot (D) maintenance facilities.  Must have knowledge of, and be able to support, the following areas:

 

  • Research support for government facilities issues, to include squadron stand-up, shipboard operations, and remote locations
  • Manage daily activities at the test site
    • Hangar operations and utilities
  • Understand HAZMAT coordinator duties and facility storage/waste requirements
  • Ability to interpret base written instructions when operating aircraft aboard the base to include ordnance handling and fire inspector requirements
  • Liaison for coordination of SE licensing, training, and obtaining equipment
  • Facilitate between multiple parties to include government and non-government personnel
  • Assist with site surveys by collecting product support data and publishing their findings in government documents
  • Identify and recommend necessary modifications, alteration, construction and equipment required to satisfy maintenance and logistics, MILCON, funding and support requirements
  • Review of Facilities Requirements Documents (FRD) and Site Activation Support Plans (SASP)
  • Development of comprehensive Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems for NAVAIR enterprise
  • Adhere to all relevant standards, policies and requirements to plan and document changes to the PLM environment to support:
    • integration of the Design Interface/Maintenance Planning source data within existing PLM
    • deployment of the Design Interface/Maintenance Planning/GEIA-0007/LPD capabilities
    • deployment of the S1000D solution   

Education and Experience Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree. Experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree as follows:
    • An associate’s degree and four years of experience may be substituted for bachelor’s degree
    • Additional eight years of experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of eight years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline; and included in the eight (8) years there must be three (3) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development
  • Demonstrate experience in program/project status and schedules
  • Demonstrate knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD forms related to PPBS, Military Interdependent Procurement Requests, Work requests, Requisitions, Contract Data Requirements List, and DD254
  • Demonstrate experience in earned values management and schedules

Desired Experience

  • Experience within a NAVAIR program office; logistics experience in the area of aviation Facilities, Infrastructure & Site Activation

Security Clearance

  •  This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance.
