kglobal is looking for a Videographer to conceptualize and develop compelling multimedia – to help our customers tell a cohesive story. You will work directly on an exciting new opportunity with the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) based in Keyport, WA. As a critical member to the creative team, you will solve problems and create new opportunities through a bevy of video production needs. A successful candidate will be creative, fast on their feet, and self-driven. Ideal candidates will also have an active SECRET security clearance and previous experience with photography for the federal government and/or branches of the armed forces.  Applicants should live in or around Kitsap County and will work at our office within 15 miles of the NUWC base in Keyport, WA.

What You’ll Do: 

• Develop strategy and tactical execution for video production requests
• Execute all pre-production, production, and post production needs for each project
• Pre-production: Develop all scripting, storyboarding, design and logistics – including location and schedule for each video
• Production: Provide setup for all video shoots, including all audio-visual needs – capturing all footage and b-roll
• Post production: Includes all editing (rough cut, fine cut and final cut) along with voice over, music, animations and graphics
• Prepare all videos for their final files – including MP4, MPEG, Windows Media, Real Media, and raw AVI)
• Catalog and tag all videos and maintain an organized database of all b-roll/final files that are easily accessible
• Assist with art direction and editing 

Who You Are:

• 3-5 years of relevant photography experience (experience in a federal government or armed forces setting a plus)
• You have a keen eye for style, composition, lighting and exposure
• Experience with planning and managing video shoots – including understanding and executing appropriate audio and lighting needs
• Experience recording for webcasts, live streams, and b-roll
• Knowledge of how to write for and operate a teleprompter
• You understand that requests for video production happen in an instant and need near immediate action – you thrive on that fast-paced atmosphere and work well under tight timelines
• Strong background and extensive working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro and Apple Final Cut Pro
• Energetic, passionate, and intellectually curious
• Extra Credit: an awesome self-starter looking to showcase their creativity!
