    ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations.  We have an immediate opportunity for an Integrated Master Scheduler to support our government customer’s complex IT project environment at Patuxent River, MD. This position will require an active DoD Secret clearance. 

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    In this position, you will participate in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of dynamic multi-dimensional department level projects. You will be responsible for the development and management of the Department Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) which is comprised of 50+ individually managed sub projects that roll up into the high-level master schedule, working closely with multiple Project Leads to produce and maintain project schedules and to brief management.


    Specific responsibilities will include:

    • Participating in the development of WBS and related dependencies, schedules and resources 

    • Performing weekly analysis and preparing reports to support the development of project plans that ensure requirements are captured and tasking is executed as planned

    • Developing, managing, and reporting all project and event schedule health and performance metrics to leadership

    • Managing and facilitating weekly IMS reviews

    • Defining time-lines and dependencies and identifying critical paths

    • Partnering with Project leads to identify risk and conduct risk analysis

    • Supporting all aspects of Project Management and Systems Engineering documentation development and reviews (Requirements Management, Design Document, Test Plan, Operational Readiness, etc.)

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Business preferred 

    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience required in planning and estimating, fluency with computerized scheduling programs (MS Project or Primavera), and fluency with spreadsheets and databases (Excel and Access) 

    • Demonstrated MS Project related experience with scheduling and reporting

    • Proven experience working with all levels of management and technical teams

    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills 

    • Ability to support multiple project concurrently based on priority and criticality

    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel and Power Point

    • Must have a high level of understanding with Systems Engineering documentation and reviews

    Security Clearance

    • This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance.
