Position Overview

ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of Federal agencies and commercial organizations nationwide. “Because Service Matters” is our corporate cultural philosophy that brings total focus to both our employees and our customers. We have an opportunity for a motivated candidate to work closely with PMs and Engineers to identify, track and manage program risks and mitigation plans. The candidate will serve as both Lead Risk Manager and Deputy Ops Analyst within an accelerated and rewarding NAVAIR RDT&E acquisition Program Management Office, on-site at Pax River.


  • Manage the Program Office Risk Portfolio
  • Lead the Risk Management working group
  • Assist Team Leads and Engineers in identifying and quantifying RIOs.
  • Work with Team Leads and Engineers to develop mitigation plans and capture strategies.
  • Brief Program Risks/Issues/Opportunities (RIO) to the Risk Management Board.
  • Prepare Executive-level briefing materials conveying RIO status.
  • Participate in general and classified technical interchange meetings and program management reviews.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining configuration control of all program briefings.
  • Assist with coordinating planned activities across PMO.




Required experince:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and six years related experience, or a Post-graduate degree in Business, Management or Technical discipline in line with the above functional description can be substituted for four years of experience.

Desired experience:

  • Experience performing Program Analyst functions in support of Systems Engineering efforts for Naval Aviation, to include the Systems Engineering milestones and reviews of the Acquisition process and the associated documentation.
  • Experience as Risk Manager for DoD accelerated acquisition procurement program.
  • Experience as Risk Manager for DoD weapons systems within a classified environment.

Security Clearance

This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret clearance
