Position Overview

Practitioners of National Security are vital to the defense of our nation. ZENETEX takes pride in providing experts who bring specialized skills, techniques, and experience to help solve the toughest issues facing the Intelligence Community. Our skilled workforce supports all phases of the Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (TCPED) cycle. Due to the growth of our Intelligence Division, we are continually on the lookout for Intelligence Community experts to help solve our customer’s needs. We have an immediate opportunity for an C4ISR All-Source Analyst with a background in the analysis of maritime C4ISR systems. This position will be based at our customer site in Suitland, MD.


As a C4ISR All-Source Analyst, you will be part of a team of professionals working to understand foreign non-kinetic threats and C4ISR networks in support of U.S. Navy requirements. Specific responsibilities will include:

• Conduct research and analysis on maritime C4ISR systems and networks using various sources and apply information into briefings, RFIs, and finished intelligence products
• Support the development of new collection capabilities and analytical projects
• Attend and facilitate meetings (including classified), preparing agendas, tracking action items, and distributing minutes


• Minimum 5 years demonstrated Intelligence Community (IC) all-source analysis, tradecraft, and writing experience
• Minimum 5 years operations or technical experience in C4ISR or analysis in Cyber/Electromagnetic Maneuver Warfare/C4ISR architecture
• Minimum 4 years writing and contributing to academic/research papers, all-source intelligence products, decision or point papers, or executive information memos
• Minimum 3 years with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated proficiency in effective communications (writing, speaking, briefing)

• Bachelor’s Degree in National Security, Regional Studies or relevant technical academic field
• Minimum 4 years applied critical thinking demonstrated by experience that includes conducting independent research, filtering and synthesizing data, and/or drawing clear, logical and concise conclusions with minimal supervision
• Experience with maritime related C4ISR systems is highly desired

Security Clearance

This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
