Position Overview

Zenetex has a widely recognized and respected history of acquisition and sustaining logistics and support excellence.We are seeking a talented Senior Logistics Manager with a broad background to join our Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF)logistics team. Candidate will perform a full range of logistcs support functions in support of our RAAF customer.

Description

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Logistics Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the support of the AEA-18F and AEA-18G Automated Maintenance Environment (AME) software suite. Provides oversight of total platform vehicle demand management and monitors database integrity and configuration.
  • Logistics SME for the routing and review/approval of Technical Publication Deficiency Reports (TPDR) and Interim Rapid Action Changes (IRAC) and all associated maintenance information and availability related with Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM).
  • Lead analyst for Electronic Data Distribution and Routing Tool (EDART) application that fully integrates with Maintenance Diagnostics and Repair Tool (MDART) to streamline Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) amendment requirements. Ensures EDART management database reflects those conditions warranting an IRAC as defined in MIL-DTL-81748.
  • Conducts functional analysis in the research of all known USN Technical Directives applications and associated metrics to support the development of RAAF platform specific NAVAIR 500C, including scheduled and unscheduled support equipment. Updates additional spreadsheet tabs related to the configuration management of all other related technical directives impacting specified TMS.
  • Reviews all PMA-265 submitted Technical Directives (TD) for accuracy and applicability. Converts USN TDs to RAAF specific (AT) TDs to insure functional Foreign Disclosure Manual guidelines are met and support RAAF configuration baseline.
  • Validates all elements associated with Source Data Tracker and provides current status with all associated metrics to Airworthiness Officer monthly.
  • Cross references all know customized technical publications associated with RAAF platforms and interrelated with Technical Manual/IETM Status and Scheduled Report. Validates parent document type and type issue date with related publication number. Developds change indication column spreadsheet to flag any related deficiency.
  • Maintains the inventory and documentation with all customized edited technical publications. Ensures all Non-IETM publication deliverables are authorized for distribution to foreign entity. Reviews the integrity of the Technical Manual Contract requirement (TMCR) and update when required.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's of Arts of Bachelor's of Science
    • Allowable Substitution: An additional five (5) years of acquisition or operational logistics management experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.

Experience:

  • At least ten (10) years of experience in acquisition and/or operational logistics support/maintenance engineering, or a Society of Logistics Engineers (SOLE) Logistician certification as a Demonstrated Master Logistician (DML) plus six (6) years recent experience in acquisition logistics/maintenance engineering.
  • Experience must include: four (4) years supervising/directing at least two (2) acquisition/logistics managers in the performance of comprehensive analysis across the spectrum of ILS elements during a job assignment in or in the support of an acquisition command. Four (4) years of DOD acquisition logistics support experience to include specific experience in acquisition planning and management. Experience must demonstrate the ability to perform independent work to provide logistics and support system effectiveness analysis, studies and evaluation in support of DOD weapons system and equipment.
