Program Analyst

Position Overview

ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of Federal agencies and commercial organizations nationwide. “Because Service Matters” is our corporate cultural philosophy that brings total focus to both our employees and our customers. We have an opportunity for a Journeyman Program Analyst to support our H-1 FMS New Business team. The ideal candidate must possess a background in training as well as international program experience.


  • Provide programmatic administrative support in performing project task definition, schedules / workload planning, acquisition management, funds management, and financial cost accounting
  • Provide administrative planning related to program events and day-to-day operations of assigned projects
  • Respond to administrative and programmatic data calls
  • Support budgeting, project planning, program planning, and maintaining program information in the business enterprise tools, including: SAP/Navy ERP, Work in Progress Database, Program Management Tool, Resource Cost Estimating (RCE’s) work-year planning tool, Workload Assignment Agreements, and SharePoint
  • Support project leads in the performance of program tasks
  • Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
  • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.



  • BA/BS degree

Substitutions Allowed:

  • Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree

Required Experience:

  • 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described
  • Must be able to take the courses required to meet the Security Cooperation Workforce Training requirements in Acquisition Lifecycle Management up to the Basic level.

Desired experience:

  • Knowledge of and experience with Security Assistance Management, to include but not limited to: Arms Export Controls Act (AECA), International Trafficking in Arms Regulation (ITAR), release and disclosure, Pricing and Availability (P&A) and Letters of Acceptance (LOA) development, FMS case structure and execution.
  • DAWIA Level I Acquisition Program Management is preferred
